Zorli AI Vault Terms of Use (EULA)
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using Zorli AI Vault, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the Service
Zorli AI Vault is provided for lawful personal or business use related to storing information, organizing passwords, and using AI-powered document features. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to store or transmit unlawful content.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may be offered through Apple in-app subscriptions. Pricing, trial terms, billing, renewals, and cancellation are managed through Apple under your App Store account and are also subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.
User Content
You retain responsibility for the content you upload or submit through Zorli AI Vault. You represent that you have the rights needed to store, use, and process that content within the service.
Service Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Zorli AI Vault is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Kerzie Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms of Use, misuse the platform, or create risk to the service or other users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
